Creative Interchange Institute, Inc. (CII) offers education and training programs in two primary curricula -- the Organizational Change Series and the Creative Interchange Series. Each series offers participants core training and skill building opportunities. All programs are tailored to provide direct support for organizational objectives.

Organizational Change Series  [more information]

CII associates have many years of experience in providing education and training to client organizations in need of practical, tactical change management tools and processes. One of our strengths is providing programs which:

bullet

bullet

build confidence in leaders, change agents, and associates

Change has a lifecycle. Architects and implementers of organizational change need an approach to change that mirrors, shapes, and leverages that lifecycle. We offer the following lifecycle map as a way to conceptualize the requirements of that approach. [Click here to view the Seven Phase Lifecycle of Organizational Change slide show. Each phase includes a brief description that may be viewed by selecting the underlined phrase.]

Currently, the primary programs in this learn-by-doing series include:

bullet

RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT

Our research and development work effort follows two paths. The first is driven by direct client needs for research data gathering, interpretation, and recommendation. We provide services in these key areas:

bullet

Organizational Culture Audit

bullet

Organizational Effectiveness Survey

bullet

Data Collection and Focus Group Facilitation

bullet

Team Dynamics Analysis

The second path is internally-driven by our continuing efforts to expand our own knowledge base through planned research projects, review of current research findings, and the development and dissemination of articles, white papers, and books.
