EDUCATION

Creative Interchange Institute, Inc. (CII) offers education and training programs in two primary curricula -- the Organizational Change Series and the Creative Interchange Series. Each series offers participants core training and skill building opportunities. All programs are tailored to provide direct support for organizational objectives.
Change has a lifecycle. Architects and implementers of organizational change need an approach to change that mirrors, shapes, and leverages that lifecycle. COACHINGCoaching is a means of sustaining and grounding the knowledge, skills and practices participants engage in during our consulting engagements and educational programs. We have provided coaching services for numerous individuals and teams from all over the world. CII

RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENTOur research and development work effort follows two paths. The first is driven by direct client needs for research data gathering, interpretation, and recommendation. We provide services in these key areas:
The second path is internally-driven by our continuing efforts to expand our own knowledge base through planned research projects, review of current research findings, and the development and dissemination of articles, white papers, and books.
