When it comes to finding reading resources, sometimes self-discovery is the
preferred method. Browsing book store shelves and online
catalogues can range from relaxing-and-rewarding to
tiring-and-frustrating. At other
times, a quick reference and/or respected referral is welcome.
This section is where you will find recommendations for books
and articles which will challenge you (and your thinking) on a
variety of topics.
In support of mutual learning, if
you have a recommendation for this list, feel free to share it with
us.

Phase Life-Cycle of Organizational Change
If you browsed through
the What
We Do page, you may have already encountered this diagram and its supporting narrative
descriptions. If not,
here's another opportunity. The premise is that change unfolds in
organizational settings,
and that it is advantageous for key stakeholders to understand,
and align their expectations and actions with that unfolding process. Just recognizing where a particular change is in that life-cycle may help
planners and targets of change to feel some sense of control in what can be
experienced as running the gamut from unbearable chaos to insane inertia. |
