Professional ProfilesCarol Lischalk, M.A., Founder and PresidentCarol Lischalk's business experience spans over 20 years in positions ranging from the front line and assembly line to project management and consulting for senior executives. She has worked inside organizations as diverse as General Electric, Motorola, U.S. Postal Service and Sprint. For over 10 years, Ms. Lischalk has provided change management assistance to clients engaged in implementing culture change, mergers, technology-driven change, reorganization and business process improvement efforts. Carol leads practical training sessions for individuals and teams charged with planning and implementing change initiatives. Ms. Lischalk is an associate of an international consulting consortium providing change management and change readiness support to global organizations in the high-tech industry. Ms. Lischalk served as a faculty member for Andersen Consulting's Advanced Organizational Change program. The program provided internationally-based management consultants with training in change management principles and processes. Carol has been involved in international executive training and coaching traveling throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She has worked with scores of teams and individuals helping them improve their consulting, teaming, and client relationship skills. Carol Lischalk has given change-related presentations for numerous organizations and conferences including Barnett Data Systems Conference, Benedictine University's Healthcare Conference, Association for Quality and Participation Conference (Chicago), Chicago-based Development Center Working Group, ASSIST (Andersen Consulting Foundation User Group Conference), and others. Ms. Lischalk earned her masters degree in Organizational Psychology and graduate certificate in Psychological Assessment from National-Louis University. Her bachelors degree combined applied behavioral science and information technology. Carol is accredited from two of the leading change management organizations in the U.S.. Carol is an associate member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and Society for Consulting Psychology (SCP). She is also active in the Midwest organization development community as a member of the Chicago Organization Development Institute Chapter (CODIC) and Organization Development Network of Chicago (ODNC).
Charlie Palmgren, Ph.D., Senior AssociateDr. Charlie Palmgren brings a depth and breath of understanding and experience in change processes that is impressive. Charlie’s 35 years of research and experience have led many to look to him for organizational change and development expertise. During the 1970's , Charlie provided much of the change-related intellectual capital in the startup of one of the world's premier change management organizations. In 1993, Charlie co-founded SynerChange International, an Atlanta-based consultancy. Often labeled the "consultant’s consultant," Charlie is a world authority on the Creative InterChange process and realized tremendous success when introducing the process to the business sector in the mid-70’s under the name "synergy." He is credited with developing most of the exercises in current use to equip leaders and organizations with the Creative InterChange competencies. Dr. Palmgren's approach to coaching teams and individuals through Creative InterChange provided the basis for a 1998 award-winning CD-based training program called COACH. The program was developed with a client organization and is used internally to teach management consultants critical coaching skills. Early in his career, Charlie applied his expertise to personal and family therapy, drug prevention and education. Dr. Palmgren acted as a consultant to the Carter Administration providing insight and expertise in the area of healthcare reform and at-risk youths. Charlie co-authored two books, The Chicken Conspiracy: Breaking the Cycle of Personal Stress and Organizational Mediocrity and the recently published, The Greatest Good: Rethinking the Role of Relationships in Our Companies and Communities. An inspired writer, he is currently working on a new book (as yet untitled) taking Creative InterChange to another level. Dr. Palmgren holds a Ph.D. from Union Institute.
Sheree McCullough, M.B.A., Senior AssociateSheree McCullough brings
extensive experience in
determining and implementing strategic initiatives. She engages business principals, executives, managers and
cross-representative groups in custom-designed discovery and visioning
experiences. Sheree
typically uses an accelerated approach that facilitates client
companies’ desired transformation of their business and dramatically
improves their strategic and tactical operations.
In addition, she directly coaches business principals and
executives on strategic issues, developing positive shifts in both
personal and organizational effectiveness. Ms.
McCullough has over twenty years experience in corporate environments
that include large-scale consulting, financial services and securities,
government, healthcare, high-tech, higher education, manufacturing,
publishing, retailing, and telecommunications.
Her background crosses functions that include accounting,
advertising, human resources, information technology, manufacturing,
marketing, organization design and development, sales and strategic
planning. Representative
clients include 3Com, Accenture (Andersen Consulting), Bank One, Budget
Rent-a-Car, Motorola, Ohio State University, Notre Dame University and Rand McNally Company. Sheree has an M.B.A. from Miami University. Her undergraduate program combined business administration and psychology. Today, Sheree continues in her quest to understand --at the deepest level--human beings in the context of work.
Patricia Moten Marshall, M.S., Senior AssociatePat Marshall serves as a consultant to senior executives, top management, and boards of directors throughout the United States and Canada. During the first 18 years of her career, Pat achieved recognition and credibility as an accomplished healthcare executive. She was honored as Healthcare Executive of the Year by the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives, and chosen for the Crain's Chicago Business Who's Who in Business list. She attained a first hand awareness of the challenge that change poses for organizations. Ms. Marshall has been accountable for leading organizations through cultural alignment, quality improvement, restructuring and reengineering, implementation of patient focused delivery systems, revenue enhancement strategies, cost reduction activities, and building design, construction and renovation projects. Today, Pat's consulting builds on her leadership experiences to cultivate cultures which embrace change, are enhanced by diversity, and engage the creative capacity of individuals and teams. Pat has an undergraduate degree from Kansas University and a masters in hospital administration from St. Louis University.
