Changing The World Through Changing Organizations |

Heart and Soul of Organizational Change
As change practitioners and researchers, we believe the synergy process Conner describes is indeed the required underpinning for successful change in human systems. On an intellectual level, leaders and stakeholders in organizational change efforts agree that synergy is desirable--even critical--to success. Yet, they often struggle to actually achieve it. We help organizations to recognize the barriers inherent in their current situation, and to structure their environment to allow the synergistic process to enable change. *The early framework for viewing synergy as a four-step process was developed by Dr. Henry Nelson Wieman in Man's Ultimate Commitment, re-published by The Foundation for Philosophy and Creativity, 1990. Wieman called the process--creative interchange. |
